The Board of Directors and the Managing Director hereby declare that the annual report has been prepared in accordance
with generally accepted accounting principles and that is gives a true and fair view of the Club’s financial position and
results. The Board of Directors’ report provides a true and fair view of the Club’s operations, position and results and it
describes the Club’s significant risks and uncertainty factors.
