WE TAKE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Basic human rights and working conditions.
Human rights belong to everyone. We acknowledge the rights of every
individual and tolerate no violations.
We strive to act as responsible members of society and support the UN
Global Compact. Acting ethically and sustainably is an integral part of
how we do business.
We are committed to a respectful and supportive work environment. We
believe that our differences strengthen the Club’s culture and success.
We respect each other.
Everyone has the right to feel safe and respected at work. At the Club, we do
not tolerate any form of harassment — verbal, physical or psychological.
Harassment includes, for example, bullying, sexual harassment, racism,
abuse of authority, or any behaviour that offends or undermines others.
As a manager, you are responsible for fostering a respectful and inclusive
culture in your team.

Speak up if you see anyone being mistreated
