Code of Conduct - Flipbook - Page 5
WHO THIS CODE APPLIES TO
This Code applies to everyone working for or representing the Club – including employees,
managers, board members, permanent and temporary staff, consultants and contractors –
across all regions and operations.
Everyone is expected to understand, follow and apply the Code in their daily work. This
includes acting in line with our values, complying with applicable laws and regulations,
and asking for guidance when in doubt. Failure to comply may result in consequences in
line with internal procedures and labour law.
Trainings are provided on selected topics and must be completed as required.
The Code also provides guidance to those working with us – such as partners, suppliers,
and service providers – whose behavior may impact the Club or its reputation. While the
Code does not apply to them directly, we expect them to uphold similar principles. These
expectations are further outlined in The Swedish Club’s Supplier Code of Conduct.
This Code fulfils the Club’s legal and regulatory obligation to maintain internal ethical
guidelines, as required under Swedish law and in line with international expectations
applicable to our branch jurisdictions..
It is adopted annually by the Board of Directors and reviewed regularly to
ensure continued relevance and alignment with our values, regulatory
obligations, and risk landscape. It is maintained by the Compliance Function
in collaboration with HR, ensuring both legal soundness and practical
application in our daily work.
