WE REPORT CONCERNS
The Club is committed to
conduct business with integrity –
in a responsible, honest and
ethical manner.
Money laundering or
sanction breaches
We can only act on misconduct we
know about – by speaking up, you
help the Club respond. The Club will
not tolerate any form of retaliation
against you for speaking up in good
faith.
Human rights violations
You are entitled to use different
ways of communication.
You can e.g. report to your manager, to
your manager’s manager, to HR or use
the whistleblowing channel.
NOTE: Matters concerning individual
working or employment conditions
should normally be addressed to the
manager and if not solved by that action,
be reported to HR.
The whistleblowing channel can
be used to raise concerns about
violation of our Code or applicable
laws and regulations. You may remain
anonymous when using this channel.
Examples of concerns are:
Suspected corruption, bribery, fraud,
inaccurate financial reporting
Breach of data protection regulation
Violations of competition law
Environmental, health and
safety concerns
We all share responsibility for acting
when something seems wrong – even
within our own teams or functions.
If you observe repeated breaches
of rules, inappropriate practices, or
signs of non-compliance, you must
not stay silent.
Failure to act may itself be considered
misconduct. Speak up or seek
guidance if in doubt.
For more information regarding
whistleblowing and how to report,
see the Whistleblowing Guideline.
