WE USE THE CLUB’S RESOURCES
RESPONSIBLY
The Club is committed to protecting confidential information obtained
through our operations. While we are not a listed company, we may
come across non-public or market-sensitive information about other

The Club’s assets – such as physical property, systems, networks,

work. These resources must be handled with care, as misuse could
harm operational efficiency, financial results or data security.
We all have a duty to protect confidential information and avoid misuse.
This includes not sharing, acting on or disclosing information that
could qualify as inside information under applicable laws.
As a manager, you must ensure that your team understands the
importance of confidentiality and does not share, act on or misuse
any information that could be considered inside information under
applicable laws.
We also have a shared responsibility to protect the Club’s digital
environment. This includes using IT systems, email, software,
applications and internet access solely for legitimate business purposes.
Improper use may cause security, legal or reputational risks.
As a manager, you must ensure that your team understands how to
use the Club’s resources responsibly – including IT systems.
