WE CONDUCT BUSINESS
HONESTLY AND WITH INTEGRITY
WE PROTECT PERSONAL AND
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
We believe in fair and honest competition.
We handle personal data and information securely.
We are committed to fair enterprise, transparency and equal terms for all.
We process personal and business-critical information every day –
including data on members, claims, vessels and financial matters.
It is our responsibility to protect this information and handle it with
care, in line with data protection laws and the Club’s routines.
We follow competition and anti-trust laws and act independently when
engaging with members, brokers and other market actors. We never
tolerate conduct that distorts fair competition.
Discussions or agreements – even informal – with other insurers about
pricing, market sharing or client allocation are strictly prohibited.
As a manager, you are expected to promote fair and independent conduct
in your team – and to act immediately if you notice behaviour that risks
breaching competition rules.
HAVE IN MIND:
Use only lawful and ethical methods to obtain market information
Never discuss business-sensitive terms with competitors
Immediately distance yourself from inappropriate suggestions
and consult Corporate Legal
As a regulated insurer, the Club must also ensure information and cyber
security to meet legal requirements and maintain trust.
As a manager, you are expected to promote sound data and information
practices in your team and help ensure that sensitive information is
only accessed on a need-to-know basis.
HAVE IN MIND:
Only access or share information when authorised and necessary
Protect both personal data and confidential business information
